These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SkyLink VPN mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SkyLink VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) application designed to help users protect their internet connection and enhance privacy while using supported devices.

The Service is provided by PhoneVillage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features of the Service may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of SkyLink VPN may require a paid subscription. All payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

We do not handle or store payment information. Subscription management, billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple’s terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use SkyLink VPN to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or resell the Service

6. No Guarantee of Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific connection speeds, or availability in all locations.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

SkyLink VPN does not log, track, or monitor your online activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PhoneVillage LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use or cancelling your subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneVillage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If you have a dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

This section does not apply to claims eligible for small claims court or where arbitration is prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
