Web prototype · Coming soonDrive Pass is a tool I’m building for car wash businesses to manage their memberships. The idea is simple: keep members, plans, and subscriptions in one place. Owners should be able to manage multiple locations and choose the payment provider they want to use.
What it does
Members and plans
Search member records, view profiles, and filter memberships by plan or status.
Multiple businesses
Switch between organizations and locations, with separate business views and HQ reporting.
Work that needs attention
An action center and launch checklist help track paused memberships, upcoming renewals, and incomplete listings.
What I used
JavaScript
ES modules for the dashboard, member workflows, administration, and report calculations.
HTML / CSS
Responsive workspace, grouped navigation, forms, tables, and light and dark themes.
Browser storage
The current demo saves workspace changes locally in the browser.
CSV exports
Download reports broken down by date, organization, business, and membership plan.
Firebase Authentication · Planned
Email and password sign-in is being connected. Account access enforcement is not live yet.
Payment integrations · Planned
Provider selection is part of the prototype. Live billing is not connected yet.

Where it stands
The web prototype is running locally. Public launch is coming soon. The demo uses fictional members and simulated payments; Firebase access, live billing, and iOS publication are still pending.
